Ok, so here we are gonna list the rules of guild wars to help create a fun environment to fight in. Let's begin!
Classes and Abilities.
For starters you can only use the original 22 classes found in Final Fantasy 5. In other words no Paladin, Dark Knight, Magician, Assassin, or Holy Knight. This also goes for their abilities, don't even think about including them.
Actions and Passives are also limited to 1 player only. So only one person can use White Magic, one person can use Dash, etc.
Illegal moves are skills that will cause an instant KO such as "Slash". If a skill is found to posses an instant kill all it's illegal to use it. So Slash may not be the only one.
Equipment.
Weapons and "Ribbon" are restricted to one player only. This means no duplicating Ragnarok's will ever be on the field. Kaiser Knuckles is also considered a weapon. Armor on the other hand can be duplicated so feel free.
If your guild is called on foul for duplicating any of the above the guild is disqualified. What this means is, that if there's any prize to be given to a guild you immediately forfeit for everyone.
Items.
The only restrictions are Elixir's.
The whole point of this is to have fun with your choices in the guild. Keep things interesting and diverse so no one is overpowered.

Passives/Actions being limited to one per guild means you really need to think over your builds. If you have a Monk in your guild, nobody can use the Passive Counter as it's innate for that class. If someone is using Black Magic and isn't a Black Mage, then your guild cannot use Black Mage. Since not everyone is knowledgeable about what's innate and what's not, here's a list for each class:

This should provide some very intresting tactics in party battles.
I'm looking forward to being able to roleplay a certain type in the guild.
Because the actions can only be used by 1 person, does that also mean each guild can have only 1 of each job? I'll asume yes.
